love on the frontline
Gun Violence in Chicago
Gun violence in Chicago is becoming more and more prevalent. Last year alone had over 3000 shootings which have led to injury, death, and mass traumatization. As gun violence continues to soar, politicians, police and citizens search for answers, but few understand the true repercussions gun violence can have on individuals. both directly, and indirectly.
SnR/Street Pastors-Chicago is on the frontlines of Chicago’s violence daily. Praying, supporting, and helping those who have been affected directly.
the bloody aftermath…
Chicago has invested more than $11 million in supporting gun violence prevention, but this is not enough as the city's epidemic continues to get worse. We must work together through advocacy and prevention measures if we want a different story for Chicago; one where people are no longer dying from bullets on their streets every day. Join us in taking the steps toward helping those left in its bloody aftermath.
