About Our Counseling Program

If you are suffering from PTSD or any other trauma related issues as a result of gun violence, domestic violence, or suicide either directly or indirectly and need someone to talk to, our counseling program is for you. This program also includes short-term counseling and long-term therapy. The SnR team will provide the resources and care you need to improve your overall well-being and to work through the repercussions and trauma caused by violence.

Counseling for Gun Violence in Chicago (Families, Adults, Youth, & Groups)

 Solutions and Resources offer counseling resources for those who are suffering from PTSD or other trauma related issues or maybe you just need someone to talk to. SnR, and its amazing pool of resources offer immediate help in crisis intervention services, short-term therapy, and long-term therapy. Our counseling is available to families, adults, youth groups, etc.

This program also educates youth on preventing them from being victims of gun violence themselves. The goal is to reach the younger generation before they are influenced by gangs or guns and to provide counseling for those that need it the most due to being exposed both directly and indirectly to violence.
